DISASSEMBLY AND CLEANING OF THE SMALL PORTION CONVERTER HEAD:

1. Follow the divider disassembly instructions 1-6 on page6.

2. Remove the converter head drive link from the adjusting lever mechanism.

3. Loosen the two converter mounting knobs to free the converter head assembly.

4. Rotate the converter head clockwise off the mounting studs and remove it from the divider.

5. Unscrew the two flange retaining knobs on the converter head and remove the flange from the

cone assembly.

6. Remove the four plastic restrictor blocks from the cone.

7. Wash all Parts with water and mild detergent.

8. To reassemble the converter head, place the cone on a bench with the studs facing up.

9. Place the restrictor blocks on the cone with the dogs in the groove on the cone flange and the

radius facing the hole in the cone.

10. Place the flange on the cone assembly with the pins in the restrictor blocks in the slots in the flange

and reinstall and tighten the knobs.
